About the legislation. All the packets to come from out or EU most have to pay taxes, however, we are talking about that just 5% pay for it. (Our packet) , we try the best to avoid to pay taxes dividing your packet in 2 or 3 parts and use FedEx because is certificated and faster.

If you want to return your item, please contact our customer service team within 3 days when you received it. Please provide your name and order ID when contacting our customer service. All return items must keep their original condition not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached and should be sent via trackable method, such as US Mail Delivery Confirmation, UPS, or Federal Express. We are not responsilble for the package lost in transit. And you have to pay the return fee, actual shipping charges we afford, 20% restocking fee and a 20% non-refundable credit card charge is deducted from the credit amount. If you want to return your item, please contact our customer service before returning the order. If you return the order without permission, you need to take this responsibility.
